Well, it's going to be a huge list - The CEO doesn't have a basic leadership skill, is extremely arrogant, and is abusive to the extent that you will feel like your worst mistake ever. - No Job security- they can abuse you and fire you any time they want. - The Director of client servicing, is a racist. - Your mental health will be ruin - It doesn't make sense, since they will hire you as an account manager for a saas based company but there is no learning or understanding about any of this. You will be just generating leads and arranging meetings for their clients, which is nowhere close to SAAS. Most importantly everything winds up to the culture and it absolutely abusive, toxic, and extremely bad....Read More
