Below several points which are I dislike most. 1- Company culture is very bad, they never take any decision in favour of employees. 2- Mostly engaging employee in irrelevant domain. 3- Less annual hike, and they hold 50% of hike ammount and asked for release after completing 1 year. 4- office politics. 5- Whenever you resign from the company they will impose unnecessary deduction, and force to pay in advance. Admin take money from UPI and then clear F&F. 6- hidden policies, which arise Whenever they want. Which never mentioned in your appointment letter.

Worked so much even when suffering from covid-19, but if we comes upon salary I.e nothing. I joined there as a fresher, worked under java developer team, they invested nothing just expected much work. In starting of 6 months no salary or incentive they provided to me or any freshers at my time of 2020. After that 8,000/- then 12,000/- like this. When i was shifted to another team then my salary was started as 8,000/-. Even at my last month of resignation I received only 4,000/- out of 12,000/- salary per month, during work from home 50% salary cut off.

I completed one year in that company, but I used to feel extremely frustrated. We had to wait until the 7th of every month for the salary. Almost every time, I had to extend my shiftWhen I submitted my resignation, no one tried to retain me—none of the managers even asked why I was leaving. On my last working day, I had to personally go to each department and collect signatures for the resignation formalities.

...n affair with the TL named Mahima Yogi. Always fake commitment to the customers. Salary issue they will deduct 40 to 50% salary without any reason and will never give them.
