Best part of the Amazon which I felt was salary part, which got credited on time, a meal card called pluxee and bonus on yearly basis that's it.

Amazon is a global brand in the entire world but the management is very pathetic and with toxic managers. They don't have brains to differentiate between what is right and what is wrong, only they are in the favours of their feet licking puppets who are always roaming around them. If a person is giving his or her 100% at his work place still the managers and the operation manager will poke you for so so reasons... Baised and discrimination culture among LGBTQ community. They says that we support LGBTQ as we have the diversity culture at Amazon but it's all fake and manipulating statement.

The facility and hospitality is good, transport facility is good, salary is good.

But the work culture is not good, management doesn't have the guts to voice out. No direct feedback to the DAs and finally penalties the Team Managers, I heard politics and in my entire life saw the live politics in Amazon. The award should be given as not the best place to work. No proper workflows, no proper quality method, despite it's an ambitious still we need to put the DAs in coaching plan. If they didn't like a person they put them in coaching and send them out. If they like someone they give reports along with promotion. This is one of the best company do other works apart from their regular work and not sure what the respective team doing if operation team do this kind of job.

For me its salary part but because of my language skills.. if you are a english resorce then pay is very less.

Work life balance is not there. Flaxinle timings, fixed 1 hr breaks but devided in 3 parts (15, 30, 15 min) micromanagement, No job security anytime they can ask you to leave. no new learnings.

1. Lack of Support for Female Employees There were instances where concerns raised by women were dismissed or minimized and a general lack of sensitivity towards female employees was evident. I acknowledge that Amazon is a large organisation, these issues significantly impacted my experience and experience of other female colleagues. I believe, Amazon must address this issue.
