...ion status quo,but when u question,the managers gets defensive and agreessive 5.No salary increase instead salary reduction I can go on and on.

Not sure if it is of entire prg but from my team perspective it is needed to available late nights early morning often, no proper guidance or support from manager, couldn't get exposure to gain new experience and skill development. Micromanagement makes it hard to work full fledged.

Rat race in every team, team politics, Biased decisions, pay structure is not as per skill set. If leader wants a promotions for herself/himself, he/she first takes goal of Head count reduction rather than business idea expansion.

...es and each person would have different perspective yet we are required to give 100% accuarcy nothing you will gain just low salary they also do a lot of micromanagement believe me even if you do join you would wish you hadnt joined this job my suggestion is try to learn a worthy skill and apply for other jobs as there are millions of opportunities if you have the right skills
