Shift timings, for me it was 11pm to 8am , salary hike is way to less not even 30% which is basic. I applied for some other role which was wfo but without my knowledge or any notice they changed or shifted me to vcs for wfh . I just couldn't keep up with vcs as I was not from that background

Amazon hires freshers and gives them proper training. The training time is honeymoon time. Also they have increased nightshift allowances recently.

Dislikes

Very bad management. Horrible manager, low salary, no hikes, breaks cannot be taken as per your convenience, no appreciation for people, filled with greedy and selfish people, horrible shift timings, no job security as these people can kick you out any day from the organization literally. They are hiring for contractual instead of hiring permanently. Please don't join Amazon. Rest is your choice

No job security , if you give the best the job guarantee will not be sure so just do your job and find the alternate options to secure your future cause it's a seasonal job and won't stay long to make your future in Amazon .

...gers bhi bohot kuch bura kar nahi sakte, so work culture is the only good thing. Salary is okayish. Two week offs, so that's a good thing. Leaves count is okaish.

There are many!!! Very very very very very slow promotion in Amazon vcs. Work life balance ki toh lag jayegi... Matlab mene 11 se 8 ka shift Kiya hai, raat 11 se 8🙂 Some department are really bad, Germany ka process bohot hi Jada kharab hai, believe me I'm currently handling it. Lekin kuch process acche hai jaise north America. Flow ka toh pucchi hi maat, b2b duals in Germany. 14-15 hazar deke 30 hazar ka kaam nikal rahe. Week offs ka fix nahi hai, so that's a good and a bad thing.
