They will push you to take vacation instead. * They introduced at least 6 hours/day in the office for minimum 3 days a week. * Snacks available but you will never get the fruits. It's like 50 fruits for 500 people * No growth even if you learn what they ask you to. * Minimal or no Hike/Promotion * Reduced chances of on-site opportunities * Indians will be considered as a population always

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.

The work culture is really nice, days are chill and people are collaborative, a lot of people you will find who have been in the same company 15+ years, can stick with it long term if it's the right fit for you

The pay structure is very random at times, especially in my unit the yearly hikes are quite poor (Delivery Infra Devops)
