Recently they decresed the salary of so many employees by removing shift allowences which is 6000 rupees per month its more than a person hike per month , we asked why they reduced they answered we removed now but next year that money will utilize for employee hike 😂 which is silly explanation

Pathetic management, politics within the team and the managers. When the culture and behavior of managers and leads are not good forget about the salary. Managers and leads are more interested in knowing your personal life and gossiping about every detail. Cunningly and taking it to the top level of management to review performance rating. The more you say Yes to them and the more you agree to their ways of working you will be rewarded. Don't show case your new ideas , they will not appreciate it cox they would love to carry on the olden ways of how they were doing it. Pathetic I would say. May be there are no one to voice this out as each one is busy saving their reputation and success etc. They will even put you down to create their career path and you will be laid off soon. Better staying away from this organization than being depressed with such people.

Cab facility for every employee, despite of any shift.

...ds F&F of everyone, you have to ping them every other moment to settle your f&f. If you wont ping they won't settle, salary is very less, toxic work culture, managers and employess are not at all up to the mark.

...Team & management team is very bad. They create a lot of issues while resigning. They never pay F&F at time. If you need any information outside the team noone will give any reply.

Good office and good number of colleagues (only few) Good salary while entering the company. Good wlb depending on teams.

No promotions. Less hikes. No certifications to all employees. Senior Directors favours only one gender. Other gender is practically dead. Most leads and managers are dumber than security guards. Skill development is basically zero. Culture is toxic in nature. Nobody wants to stay . Favourite employees get promotions and get retained on last day of notice period. Managers don't know how to talk. Zero people skills if don't want the employee anymore. IJP is a piece of joke and it's fixed even before role is announced. More politics in this company than BJP vs Congress. Bonuses given to employees in hidden manner.
