It's a good firm either for people who have good exp and coming in for senior role or people starting their journey into real estate. Mid Senior Level struggles as they are juggled up between Seniors and newbies and also are not offerred much flexibility. However, the compensation especially incentives makes up for it.

Dislikes

It not about Anarock but about all the major property consultants in the industry. Compensation should be done as per market standards and individual skills and not basis of previous salary. Or else Gadha will be senior of Ghoda always !

The Company's tagline "VALUES OVER VALUES" feels misleading in practice. New management of pune who came from Xanadu. I noticed that there are so many people who don't even know the R of Real estate have bigger packege than you. Just because they had refrence. Very very toxic management especially Xanadu gang. Parag wadnerkar (AVP) and Lloyd Mascarenhas (City lead, Pune) are the most toxic and worst people in the pune team. They don't even know how to talk with employees. Bossy behaviour and unprofessional langauge. Recently many performance left the Anarock just because of these people's because they will treat everyone like shit here. Mandate slips out of there hands within 2/3 Months. 0 Transparency. Don't expect to earn incentive because they want tell you how it will work. The HR department is unresponsive to call, no help will be provided in issuing ID card, Visiting Card, Laptop or even resignations. The management will give bad review to your next company. Appraisals are very disappointing And during appraisals, if you ask why the appraisal is so low, they just give you a ridiculous calculation of how much the company is spending on you. Anuj Puri is really good person he is role model of many people. But Anuj puri has setup some bad leadership in Pune and that leader will definitely close the pune office soon.

Worst higher level management. As they dont know. What is going on at the base level and just keeps on putting immeasurable pressure. With near to no marketing cost and bad marketing team. They will want you to work as a local road side broker.

New management of pune team Specially Xanadu people who got entered in gang, company will hire you for closing and ask you to do sourcing, the nex management is terrible they will threatened you on every point of time sometimes they say that I will make your life hell till you get suicidal thoughts using of faul words even if you are in top performers, they will not clear your travelling allowance on time salary is very less as compared to other firms, they don't hire people on the basis of talent they hire in the basis of reference i noticed that there are so many people who don't even know the R of real estate have bigger package than you just because they had refrence and you are hired as a fresher, company will change your site very frequently like it can happen every month so it's very problematic to take a room on rent and most important very very toxic management especially the new Xanadu gang they are the most toxic people in the Pune team recently manay performers left anarock without even giving a notice to company just because of these people because they will treat everyone like shit here so I would recommend you to not join anarock pune division rest is osm no doubt about company and leadership like Anuj Puri is Role model of everyone who is working in anarock all people who are staying in the company, they are staying just because of Anuj Puri sir's leadership but pune division management is worst they don't understand things properly The city lead of pune is very supportive everyone can share anything with mam and she will help you and will give you good suggestions like your family member but these new guys are just spoiling the name of the company, i want to tell the management that please seat with these new so called vps and avps and let's see how much they know about real estate they just live in strawberry world a world of imagination and they can't fix it

My managers is not good. I had to do everything , means manager should come to visit if my visit is not coming to closure but manager is not coming. The nature of manager is not good. Higher authority is not good, there is lots of plotics.
