It's a good company for freshers. You can have a good start from here, spend a year if you can and after that you can and start your IT career like networking or servers or other IT sectors from here. There are good colleagues you can meet from here and through them you can learn from them

... employers which doesn't let L1 employees to grow or learn new skills from here. No matter how much years, you work here ther won't be any salary increments or promotions. There is not much work in this organisation, only keeping records on what did you do at your full 9 hours job.

Provides training for freshers and gives opportunity to work in multiple VDI technologies.

Dislikes

Salary is low considering workload. Rotational shift which impact work life balance. Increment is minimal. Focuses on micro management another challenge is attitude of some senior staff which not create ideal working environment.

... last moment work on urgent basis when you are about to log out Comparison etc Salary is lowest in the market Expect us to work like they owned us as we are their LABOURS of their houses not the company no work-life balance, if client give any task you have to complete doesn't matter if you shift wnd or not. client or manager will call you for update even on Sunday. Manager will ask update even he knows that you're on leave.

...er joining they convert sometimes into daily calling just like a call center. As per the market, salary here is below average. Expect us to work perfectly in worst salary in market They will make you work like labour's and at the time of appraisals they give silly reasons ! Never take care of their employees. If you are from third party and if you don't take comp off then they will cut your salary. The company is only interested in earning huge profits and least bothered about the employees.

Company is paying salary on time during COVID19. Working with Anunta is good for people who can put work his work on someone else shoulder. Office is in Nirlon IT Park, a very posh & beautiful location. For a fresher its good to join for some time. Salary is credited on time, last day of every month.

Work-life here is too upsetting. No night shift allowance. No transport facility. Senior management is hopeless. but you may rely on some top management. If you make mistakes there will be no one to rectify it & guide you politely & respectfully but instead your manager will disgrace you & yell at you even for very minor things. The management never pays attention to people who actually work. Due to lot of politics & favoritism lot of people leave the company before completing a year. If you are on third party payroll they will treat you as orphans. Working here is a mental torture to yourself
