There’s alot of perks and the salary is good Work is actually good. But get’s pretty hectic The job is very respectful and the work is actually good for personal growth.

Dislikes

Requires 24*7 involvement even on weekends They’re very vague with management trainees hired through MBA colleges. No clear process of getting MTs posted for their designated roles. Over hiring results in people being left behind every year who they do not confirm and stall even after 1 year of not assigning the actual job role and use reviews as an excuse to justify that The reviews are very extensive and are purely based on how much information you can cram with no defined KPI’s to measure your performance. After confirmation, there is zero work life balance

It is a dealer of Asian paint which is situated Assam, dist.Sivasagar. It is a like a big shop you may called it is a hardware shop. I am a staff of the shop and I handling all type of purchase, sales billing. I am handling all type of accounting problem related of the dealer. Our owner is very helpful and all workers are very hard worker.

Dislikes

I don't like the working long time from 9am to 7-30 pm. Because salary amount is small

-Seniority -Worklife life balance is poor (Monday to Thursday market visit), (Friday will be 9.30am to 12am with the name of peaking), Saturday will be office (9.30 to 7or8pm). -Some idiot(Senior) will demotivate you , it will affect your learnings and understanding. -AM and RM will be an motivate persons but SSO in some branch will affect your mental health (U have to say yes to everything which is not related to jobs) if not, they will separate you from team mates and make u worry. -

1. Hierarchy is blind on issues of on ground sales officer and expect them to do ground work, laptop work, and achieve sales work at the same time which in practical becomes very hectic, will take a toll on your health. 2. Highly pressure of sales targets and always scolding by manager of targets not happened even by external reasons. 3. Treatment given to sales executive is worst as compared to executives of other departments 4. Peak culture - Meaningless thing ever, you have to seat at office twice ( apart from your daily market visits ) a week till 1 am night to achieve targets otherwise get harrased by manager. Literally employees get health issues due to pressure and they tend to smoke and drink due to pressure causing more health issues 5. Company culture is destroyed. Achieve the targets, that's it. No work on sales process. They will put fear of losing the job. Company seriously need to improve culture

Good salary compare to competition that too becoming problem for job switch. You will be always at over payer for other organisations. Makes difficult to change the job.

Manager driven company Full politics No empathy Sr. Manager HR belonging non HR backgrounds takes pathetic decisions for employees. No employee job satisfaction No internal parity Lots of issues internally but only good things showing upside. Waste of money under the name of expansion. All machineries are just left over in corner of plant without useless that too worth of Crores and crores. Simple loss. Rigid work culture So much toxicity
