- The open work culture is something to look forward to. People are frank and open to each other. You can directly talk to anyone here. - If you get a good project then your work life balance would be good otherwise you are doomed. - Evening Snacks (but quality is pretty average)

...ipped. We had no clue of this before so that we can prepare for it beforehand. - They are mise when it comes to pay money to their employee. According to the new ammendments in the bonus act policy, every employee whose basic is less than 21 must be given 2000 bonus. So, instead of giving the bonus, they deduct the 2000 from our own salary that will be paid to us at the end in the form of bonus. - No recreational facilities There is nothing on the campus for you to play and relax. Earlier we used to have Table Tennis, pool, carrom but after the construction of nee Terra Tower, we have nothing for the leisure. Also, they do not have Gym, Pool, Ground etc... For their employees.

Working with Bitwise has been an absolute pleasure for me. Bitwise has good work life balance and many things to grow as a person. Bitwise provides job security and there is no hectic work schedule. Bitwise is flexible with timings and holidays. Overall Bitwise is a great company to work with.

Management is not good, Appraisal are very bad Most of management are leaving bitwise themselves Variable concept is very bad Compensation is not good Lot of micro management No support from managers for anything Manager only yells and does not know how to show appreciation

...n't negotiate in the salary discussion post interview. Gave me what I asked for. There is no variable pay in their pay structure.

- You have to buy the insurance and for it yourself even if you already have another insurance. This policy is the worst. - No transport facility provided - They won't give you appointment letter until you have joined which is bizzare because you basically join them without reading their policies.

Salary on time and work culture is good.

Dislikes

No increment in salary from last 2 years. They have created new salary structure as per that first 10% is progressive variable pay and above that you will get in fixed salary but what appraisal they gave is only 10% so not getting any hike in fixed salary (not a single rupee hike). And if I talk about variable pay they only gave for first quarter and for second quarter not given a single rupee.
