In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. IN ALTRAN False commitments during recruitment in compensation. I dont know how you will be under altran management if you are working in own project but if you are deployed to other company as a vendor or resource, you won't get any proper communication for altran management. Each and everything you have to fight and struggle. My honest review, you wont get any proper professional responses even from Manager's and HR's..
