    Dislikes

    Less Salary No Promotions Mechanical engineering Employees and mechanical projects like (Eg Airbus project) are most neglected one in company. I think Capgemini is a good company for IT not for mechanical engineering

    Worst company in terms of salary. Especially, Mechanical Engineers it is a terrible company to work for. When the market is paying "x" for you skill, Capgemini pays "0.4X" Worst! Never join Capgemini
