Good work life balance, Decent package with company shares allotment. Overall feels satisfactory.

Dislikes

My immediate reporting manager tried to extend my notice period without my awareness, just because of client request. Later escalated this to HR and sorted. Not sure about other projects, in my project - Hike and Promotion is not based on performance or fullfilling our goal setting.

The company has a good record in terms of job security and salary. Also the work life balance over here is good.

Career growth over here is constant and not exponential, very minimal scope of innovation and new technology.

This is my first company so it is close to my heart. I have learnt alot, adapted new roles and responsibilities..must say were challenging.

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits are very poor. They will give hike 1 yr and other yr hike saying both is not possible at same time.(Joke) I personally think they should stop pressurizing their members during deadlines. I have worked for 14-15 hors for a month continuously because of the client calls. But Mangers didn't value it. Time to time encouragement is required Don't take your members as granted

Some bunch of old school monolithic managers who don't understand technology nd are very opaque but good at definitely politics
