GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

The management system is too bad & There is no job security. They have got out the employees without any valid reason along with no proof. They have sacked me from my job saying the agents says I have behaviour issue where the agents says another, they don't have any problem with me. The management system is too bad & not co-operative at all. I am suggesting no for the company.

...ring IJP. Besides, the management system is very bad which I didn't like at all.The salary is very low.I have also seen that old employees who have worked for 2 years have not received any salary increment.Besides, after we hit the floor, we are told to forget everything we learned in training. This company has two buildings, one is Millennium City and the other is Genesis. These two buildings have two different rules, which I don't like at all.Quality analysts who audit calls make up their own rules.Sometimes QC give away fatal for without no reason. The condition of the girls' bathroom at the Genesis Building is very poor. There are only two washrooms and there is no ventilation inside the washrooms so the nasty fumes cannot escape.Sometimes there are long lines because there are only two bathrooms, which wastes a lot of time on our bathroom breaks. When we went to tell TL about this problem, our TL said we took too many breaks. This problem has been going on for a long time and there is no solution to this problem.

...s resort to threat, fear, and intimidation to make employees 'remain in line'. Amazing Pay: People with zero work experience will get near about 1 lakh in hand while experienced employees will be dog tired on their attempt to justify their skills and experience.

List too long. Stalking: Zero safety for female employees. Your manager might even stalk you to the coffee room. Espionage: Certain people are designated to spy on your every move and conversation to twist and distort the truth to the manager. Scam: You will be called consultants but 98% of the time you will be tasked with how to bring more money from the Government.
