The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Only Work from home policy. You'll find no good thing except that.

Absolutely everything. The most important thing you need to know is: ** They have a salary distribution system where they give you part of your salary as an performance based money called "PLI". Which credits once in 3 or 6 months depends on your conversation with them and that is not good for you profile as you can't show it anywhere because no one considers that salary. Even they don't they will increment in your salary 10 to 15% based on your regular salary not the PLI included salary. What a GODDAMN JOKE man..!! But they will try to convince you saying that this happens in all the companies, don't be fooled by that as NO one out there does this NO ONE.** 1. They will promise a lot of thing but then will turn you down very swiftly that you won't even notice. 2. Will promise you high salary increment based on performance but won't increase even 20% yearly. 3. No command chain, even the CEO will come to you and will start asking questions about the work you are doing and time to do the work is immediately!! if you won't finish it he'll humiliate you in front of everyone. 4- Seniors will not stand for you at all..!!! They'll behave like they will but when the time comes they stand up their hands and say I don't know what he was doing. 5- They won't let you try new things either if you get the opportunity to do so. why? because they don't give time to try things they want work done immediately you fool..!! I can go on about a lot more things but this should give you the gist of this hell hole you are trying to sign-up for. I would recommend you not join ever but you are the type do suffer go right ahead man, sign your demise certificate. All the best.

They give alot of opportunities to a new joiner and give them work which they have not done even & with little support and hurdles one is able to learn things. Ofcourse you get the hard words sometimes from the managers but to me it went in my favour and I learns things much faster with their support. Generally companies dont give much opportunities to Freshers but they believe in that.

Make you work till you finish it :-) - most of times it hard but at a growing stage this is a plus point for a new comer + they focus or alot of reports to be make to make sure handover is easy so that's an extra task to be achieved. Strict in leave policy and that can be made better

During my tenure at Claytech System, I encountered several challenges that made the work environment quite difficult. The management and leadership lacked professionalism and transparency—there was frequent micromanagement, and at times, it felt like decisions were driven by personal jealousy rather than merit. Despite consistent performance, there were no proper performance appraisals or clear paths for growth. Salary hikes were often promised verbally but never implemented. The work-life balance was poor, with irregular weekly offs and denial of public holidays, which added to the stress. Recognition for hard work was minimal, and communication from the top was often unclear or inconsistent. Overall, the environment did not support employee motivation or long-term career development.
