My experience with Concentrix has been excellent. One of the best aspects of working here is that no one is ever forced to extend their shift. In fact, the management clearly communicates that once your shift is over, you are free to leave—no pressure at all. The leadership, including the directors, is genuinely motivating and provides real-time opportunities for employees to grow both personally and professionally. The company policy is simple yet effective: Come on time, go on time. Even in cases where you are occasionally late, the management handles it with understanding and never creates unnecessary pressure. Overall, Concentrix fosters a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and work-life balance.

Dislikes

The only area I believe could be improved is the salary structure. If the company enhances the compensation package, it would encourage employees to stay longer without considering a switch. This, in turn, would boost employee satisfaction and overall productivity.

Like is only job security you will have a job security here because they don't want to kick you and make their loss and for their management.

1. They provide less salary even a construction worker in India is earning more than a fresher in this company. 2. 9 hours and 30 mins shift timings, which is like the longest timing to work in. 3. No growth and No promotion you will find that senior in this company saying you will get many opportunities to grow in this company but the truth is only by office politics you can have growth and so many other criteria you have to met. 4. The clients are gods for this company if their client will says any bad or unjustified requirement then every Sr and employees have to do it. 5. Login log out punch in strict timings to log In log out if you will get 20-30 mins late, smile you will get a half day marked on and working in 9 hours shift 😂🙂‍↕️ 6. Some process of this company are fine to work but some have a deadly combo of strict worthless managers, worst team leaders, worst work culture. 7. They will just put in one role you can't change your designation your process, your lob, you find out that you are stuck in a well and there is no rope to help you climb it. I have recently saw girl in this company who was severely got panic attacks and an ambulance was there for in the ground floor and I can guarantee you that it happened because of her process work culture and toxicity in this company

What i really like about concentrix is that your job is secured for sure, Concentrix is the only organisation who does not fire people so easily.

Dislikes

...sters sometimes specially those who are the so called protector of this culture. Concentrix should work on Pay scales because here in this company you may get everything but not money. Concentrix is such a big company in this industry and can work on alot of things, but not doing it actually don't know whether the upper leadership not getting the correct picture or what exactly but yeah this is sadly true.

Very less salary, micromanagent, SME, Manager don't behave properly you will be treated as sh!t, you will be asked to work overtime with extra pay of around 100/- per hour, you need to be a chatta to get promotion or be in their good books, specially Maruti Suzuki process at DLF 1, management is worst no leaves or holidays work everyday like a 🐶
