CRISIL is a very good brand to work with. It gives you different opportunities to explore in your comfort zone along with flexible work time. Organisation follows flat hierarchy which helps you to get comfortable with manager and this is great to put forwards your skills. Exploring and taking global opportunities is the best which you can get in CRISIL. People at CRISIL love to stay for a longer period than the usual company.

Compensation can be looked upon. Company can provide few other benefits in terms of perquisite as the existing are too less. These benefits can attract employees to work more diligently.

3 days Paid leave in notice period. Salary on time. No pay cut in covid pandemic.

Dislikes

They deduct very less PF. No focus or very poor focus on learning. Top management is more inclined toward client and put employees work on unrealistic expectations. Long working hours and poor work life balance. However this may not be the case with other projects in Crisil.

GAC division --- For freshers, this company is a training ground. You can get all the relevant skillset and upskill yourself.

Dislikes

GAC division --- Compensation is not that great and hike will be average. Management gives fake promises for Promotion. There is a lot of politics done by the Management and team dynamics ends up in toxic culture.

The work life balance is exemplary, you will have managers and directors who are actually sane and human, don't have much idea about job security since it's a client based business so you know the drill but but but I can see a bigger number of employees who are working for more than 10-15 years now so you can get the idea, work pressure might vary from department to department but for me it was fun given I came from service industry and the work pressure was on a super saiyaan level (you know if you know) and here at Crisil you will love it the pressure negligible.

Dislikes

but the compensation and the promotion part is the part where things start to sour this would be the only game changer for an employee to plan for a switch otherwise overall it's a decent organisation to work with.
