    Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

    politics Ineligible senior Seniors don't know anything about work, they only know how to brag. Sycophants get promotions. Sycophants are good and hardworking and people who actually work don't get any respect. The work of sycophants is also given to those who work and the sycophants take the credit for it. Even HR doesn't listen to anyone. The HR of this company is useless. Whoever you complain to, he goes and tells the same to the boss and then that boss makes your life hell.

    ...ate. But I didn't receive any ID. I worked in a pathetic unsafe area for a week. I did entries upto 100 which amounted to 10k as my pay. I didn't keep any proof of work. I stopped working after a week. It was costing me a lot of my money, time and energy. Also, my family didn't like me working there. I spend 5k approx from an end of Greater Noida to Bhangel via public transport. After a week, I asked for my pay. The guy who was managing executives (other class classmate) said me to wait. I waited a month, there was no trace of payment. I asked him again and he made stories, excuses and then he came to abuse. He also threatened me not to ask again. I had no proof of work so, I couldn't complain anywhere neither got my money. I had a terrible experience working with such horrible boys who can't even respect a girl. I never got my hard-earned money and that boy is enjoying his life. I know government won't listen even if I complain so, I lost my money (hard-earned and spent), time, energy and also hope. Thankfully, I stopped after a week orelse maybe I wouldn't have been able to forgive myself for this kind of stupidity. Please be careful before joining any job.
