...ure is very good which replicates in good work life balance & firm job security.Salary is good too.People even work here after retirement that gives definite positive vibes.Same can be said for company owners,good people , real industrialists instead of prudent businessmen. Good image of DCM in all nearby residents.

Dislikes

Biggest drawback & major worry.No health policy for dependant parents,infact the corporate medical policy is a joke,charging more premium than personal hdfc policy. Outdated leave policies with no flexibilty of combinations. Low allocation at all levels wrt company car purchase policy.

Dislikes

There is a no salary increase as a worker level so I suggest everyone that you don't joined this company. From 2018 thay downgrade the basic vage from Rs 8500 to Rs 4500 after that more than 3 years of experience thay increases only 300rs on basic wage. Now thay go to decrease Dearness allowance 13500 to 6700 as a Variable Dearness allowance in worker level to there is a no sense to work here.

Bhubaneswar factory management very worst and created toxic culture.Very politics for employees harassment and Bad behaviour to staff not flexible own rule regulations not following company rule and regulations specially Hr and Factory head in Bhubaneswar factory.

Compny hr team is doing good work and salary is also good. But they are not improving canteen food and transportation.

Dislikes

Canteen food is worst and transportation bus is not good. Management need to improve in some areas.

DCM shriram is focus on values of company ethics. all festival enjoy at company level very well. joining process is very smooth, even induction program interesting, growing company so learning opportunities very high. all colleague are very supportive. Management level facilities are very attrective. No any objection on taking leave

Dislikes

...work will disturb your all personal life schedule even your mental stability. Bus service is not upgraded, canteen facilities is on contract so you have to pay high amount and food quality is very poor. HOD behavior's is not in favor of engineers, argue with us even on small thing infront of everyone like helper, rigger, fitter, contractors. we have to feel shame every time. most important thing is appraisal, Only GET have best option to get higher n higher %. normal person get very less even with promotion. 10 years of GETs level and 10year of non GETs are ultimate difference at the end in terms of personal and financial growth.
