I am working as a support staff in the IT team of this company. I am on a 3rd party pay role. It has been almost 2 years since I have been working here. I have learnt a lot by working here. I am doing good work for the company and will continue to do so. I hope I get a chance to move ahead in the company.

Compensation and benefits are quite good. Has a good brand name and has opportunities to work with global stakeholders.

The work seems to be more applicable to the firm internally and might not be relevant outside of it.

Salary, compensation, services, DE show as a firm is great but not sure about people and teams as it depends

Dislikes

Bad work life balance, depends on team you’re working with, please don’t join IHOP or System, Bad work quality, female managers are worst, overall joining finance department is good rest is back end, freshers please don’t join only for salary and pursue interest rather, lot of torchure, less growth

Management is never ready for the change, within the team they escalates the concerns and them as performance mile, no work life balance, always need to bow down and accept whatever the management says, no freedom to work, no value for your past experience, they will show huge difference between contractor and FTE, If highlight any concern to HC immediately the same info will reach to the respective department lead and they target the employee, no job security etc... need 1000 additional sheets to write everything hence that's all for now

Company culture is great, really very smart set of people around you so great learning experience is good. Salaries paid by deshaw is unmatchable do that's a great thing to have.

Dislikes

Promotion cycle is very stringent and it's very difficult to get promoted.
