In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. Dislikes

No one is really helpful even when you join organisations. Not even they bother to provide you initial overview, they assume you had crash course before joining and have enough knowledge to work directly. Also older people with more than 5,10 years of experience are making dependencies so that nobody outsider will get exact concepts of banks n it’s working. Also with micromanagement.
