Its a franchise based company . Everything depends on the franchise owner . The salaries are low , workload is heavy and timings are long . If you are working at Dtdc head office at different states , then the companies rules are followed . But at franchise level , it always depends at the whims and fancies of the owner . Job security is nill , there is no such as work culture and company policies doesn't exist .

Salary is decent but Careergtow is slow. . There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address issues. Timing issue. Growth issue. Application issue.

The word Team works doesn't suits Here. A new employee struggles from the starting as senior doesn't want to teach them . Seniors Typically follow bribery policy from Channel Partners . And if someone raise complaint against them , no action will be taken only u can follow mail matrix . At the end u have only option to leave the company and for that no one asks you why you are leaving . They just follow the procedure. Fully Hire and Fire Policy company. Your personal life will become nightmare as every morning you wake up with fear of targets , collection and senior threatening job security everyday. Abusive culture within the Team.

They used to pay salary but everytime threaten you that your salary will be on hold/deducted in case you miss deadline They also don't pay FnF

The problem is with 1 man in Ecommerce. He is the problem. He is arrogant man. Don't join ecommerce. Join only if you get 200% hike atleast. That man has very bad past history
