In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. Pathetic management with zero business sense. No policies, no basic facilities — not even tea or clean washrooms. Salaries are always delayed. No clients, yet employees are told to bring business. The so-called leaders thought they were Tata or Birla, but had no clue how to run a company. It shut down fast, and they fled to Vadodara within overnight. - by hiding their faces.

I have been working at Eminent Digitals for 2 Years, I have to say, it's been an incredibly positive experience. The best thing I love about this company is how patient the managers are. They have the patience and the knowledge to make you understand regarding a certain task. The work culture is pretty professional and straightforward. Finish your work on time so that you don't need to extend your office hours. The efforts Devashri ma'am (manager) puts on encouraging you to be creative is clearly appreciable. Got to learn a lot form the company and management. I would be clearly joining them back once I'm done with my future trainings.

The management is actually pretty busy with a lot of projects, so interaction with them rarely happens. Teddy sir tries to find time from his schedule and share his insights on the creatives and the whole concept behind the work. The only issue is the accountant (who is not even a graduate) there who is some relative of the another Director who keeps on making trouble within the company and employees.

What I felt was the recruitment process is a bit slow. Sometimes they do ask us to stretch working hours, but usually, this happens only once an urgent requirement comes in from the clients. I would say they should also give chances to small businesses rather than just big businesses.
