No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

You will get good work life balance in this company and that is one reason why many employees want to stay in for long time.

...rovide reason as well ☹). There inner learning platform is not that effective. Salary hike is low in single digit only so don't expect much here .Also promotion is dependent on the position available which can take years .

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.

God to say about Ericsson is you will get salary on time that is 25th of every month.

You will not get promotion and appraisal till than your manager wants. Here 200% partiality is going on they will promote and give appraisal to those people who are always in favour of manager. Ex:- If manager is of punjab or hariyana side, he wil promote that side's people only. 2-3 team leaders will be in between employee and manager. That team leads will ask you to do their work and show that to manger they have done their work.
