Worst management. False commitments. No hikes from last 3 years and no any plan for the salary hikes. GL increased the notice period 2 months to 3 months and playing with the employees emotions. HRBP is not responding on chat and emails. Hire and fire policy. I will not recommend anyone to GlobalLogic while I have spend more than 6 years.

Everything you get here is only worst or I would say worstest ever. No work life balance, no salary (that much less even you can't bear your normal expenses in gurugram like room rent), all senior do politics and treat you as a slave bcz they are seniors (TLs & Managers). Every senior is here minimum from 4 years and mostly are from 15 years and 17 years and surprisingly it's thier 1st job. They got comfortable with this company and do corruption there are many management related issues like water dispensers, coffee machines and vending machines etc everything is mismanaged. They only handle work with gsheet and excel if you try anything beyond your work or try to learn different things they threat you to meet with HR and give warnings. The worst and the corrupted people or staff members or seniors and the culture is too much toxic they do micromanagement.

Cab facility is the only good thing at GL.

...s. Facility team think they are the managers and real managers behave like peon. Salary is very low when compared to work.

Many employees feel the salary is not always competitive compared to other IT companies.Depending on the project, workloads can be high, especially with tight deadlines.There are fewer chances to work onsite (abroad) compared to some other IT companies.Promotions and appraisals can be slower in certain projects or departments.
