... policies, even if its not employee friendly thats fine. But its employee toxic. You get zero variable pay even if you have worked the whole assessment period. Employee should not be in notice period when variable pay is credited and not decided. So technically only after may1 you can put ur papers and already you would have spent 45% of assessment year. Plus 3 months notice period is compulsory. Every policy framed by the company is so bad.

Everything other than Salary.Specially AME IT org. The director is a Tamil guy with full of micromanagement and he has his own chamcha in the office who gave him all info. Don’t ever join AME IT Team

Appraisal is quite low. Currently cost cutting is hampering a lot on company level benefits which used to be the key point to join this organisation

Poor work life balance Poor appraisals Poor employee benefits No long term incentives Strict hybrid WFO policy No dedicated workspace in office Old tech stack Limited tax saving options No on site opportunities Most of the programs and projects have complex and poorly documented functionality that one would frequently find themselves struck with functional issues and seldom with solving technical challenges. The business is only concerned with new functionalities and does not provide enough bandwidth for technical advancements to be done.
