Timely salary and infrastructure.

Dislikes

There is no career growth, neither financially nor skill wise. Management is worse (especially Parika Chahlia), they are more playing with the employees rather than performing their duties. They use to give annual appraisal of 3-5% max, also depends on your capability of serving them tea-water (buttering skills). There are many more cons, and the most disgusting thing is that they will give you immediate release for their own convenience and will deduct your pay of privileged leave from fnf amount.

The work environment is very good prosess is very nice managers, and team members of the organisation are very helpful. Cab facility was great with full security for womens. I was satisfied working with EXL my skills has been improved.

Dislikes

Pramotion are quite late and salary bar should increase for the employees.

I don't know about other teams but I have a great team, awesome work life balance. Work is also good, learning a lot of stuff.

Dislikes

Low salary, almost low to none increment. No gifts in whole year. No salary increment in whole year.

There is work satisfaction, job security, skill development, culture is also good. Facilities provided to employees are so well.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good. That's why generally very experience and talented Exl employees look for another company which is providing good salary hike. Even I will also do same 🙂
