For freshers it's a good company to begin career in the field of international call center. For experienced candidates it's a good company for a long term career. Work culture is good, that depends upon the process though. I worked at British Gas and the shift timing was one of the best things.

Less salary for freshers in comparison to other companies. Apart from that nothing.

Work environment is very good and team staff is very supportive and management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good best things is there are job security. For freshers is best platform for learning and growing.

There is salary hike is not good . That why I m looking for new job in mnc .where I getting good hike and good bonus in every year.

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow ...And managers always give threads for those employees who not give like ( talwe chatai ) .
