Really liked the work culture here, you'll learn so many things here, if you're just starting as a frehser. Work life balance is so good. Team managers here are so helpful (not sure about others) but my manager Ashish joshi sir, is so polite and helpful in nature. He helps in everything if you come across any situation that you can't handle. He puts team first. He's more kind of a leader, that everyone looks for.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't liked here is low pay rate. But I think that is manageable as a peaceful good work culture is more important than any monetary benefits.

Learning Environment is very good. Lot of support in the initial days. Proper training is provided before the work. Supportive management. I got lot of help and support from my Manager Neeraj. Very Particular about Work

Work environment and people are good there they respect everyone. They analysis performance according to that appraisal also done and plus conduct some sports and activities for their employees. Overall good company it is.

They try to put pressure and do not support for your work. environment is worst no engagement with employees just they want you to be robot worst part they dont take complaints seriously. There is an issue with the food provided by them its unhygienic sometimes insects found in it but they dont take any action just because no other vendor provide food at cheap rates

Terrible company to work with Team manager just sit and enjoy and impose all the work on recruiters, they are giving giving very less incentives compared to other It recruitmen company don't join them
