Its a large organisation and good learnings for someone new to ecommerce.

No hike was given in last 2 years Promotions are less and too hard to get. Even if you get promotion hoke is only 8%. No work life balance

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus everyday.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There idea bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Good Organization to work with. Good salary package when you join, however post which it is slow. Leave options and benefits

I worked in a toxic team, cannot blame the whole organisation for the same. Metrics management instead of operations management. ( again the team not the organisation). The team had a culture of blaming the person handling the process, instead of solving structural issues, even after highlighting the challenges. No work life balance. Your bosses have no manners and can call you up even at midnight, Sundays and National Holidays asking for numbers.

-Politics - No hike in last 3 years - No support from HR -Work is slowly turning toxic during to cost cutting as company progress for IPO -Due to quick commerce churning market share their is huge pressure from leadership making life difficult even during BAU days also -Every year 8% target of putting employee in PIP means if you are not top priority you will be put in PIP irrespective of your work

Nothing to like flipkart just wanted heavy responses but not actually give proper resolution to customer and just wanted the good response from agent level

Dislikes

No.job security,they even can't afford to provide you diwali any sweets or any other bonus they just hire you at Big billion days then later just terminate you without any reason dumbess job I ever do with this kind of process
