Very pathetic environment They give so much pressure to employees for Target. Target should be achieved any means. Senior managers also know that medical reps are exporting medicines but this is always done Management give unachievable targets Please doint join this company

Career grow is slow,bcoz nobody wants to leave the company so you can't get the promotion easily.

Not able to recollect on my memories what I liked about Glenmark pharma but at present there is a huge detoriation in work environment and nothing worth is for my like.

Salary and compensation , increment not at par with market inflation and very very poor, we get nothing in increment after each financial year, Daily allowance is very poor , work environment is also a huge concern. After achieving the budget u cannot expect to get the incentive.
