...bal logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year.

If we talk about salary there is very less amount of salary they have paid. This is the only one thing i don’t like about globallogic. Employees don’t get motivated by there salary to give there 100%.

Everything you get here is only worst or I would say worstest ever. No work life balance, no salary (that much less even you can't bear your normal expenses in gurugram like room rent), all senior do politics and treat you as a slave bcz they are seniors (TLs & Managers). Every senior is here minimum from 4 years and mostly are from 15 years and 17 years and surprisingly it's thier 1st job. They got comfortable with this company and do corruption there are many management related issues like water dispensers, coffee machines and vending machines etc everything is mismanaged. They only handle work with gsheet and excel if you try anything beyond your work or try to learn different things they threat you to meet with HR and give warnings. The worst and the corrupted people or staff members or seniors and the culture is too much toxic they do micromanagement.

...oo tight/ unrealistic deadline Even ask to work on weekends and public holidays. And don't even pay for it. No login logout timings. They will call you in morning around 8 am and ask to start work or join a call. And expect you to work till 12 / 1 am. After putting this much effort there is 0 appreciation.
