...Even achieving 150% of target they not giving you good appraisal and ratings. 2.If You Ask Seniors about Ratings and appraisal, they continue Lies , Even on the day of salary credited day, they lied to you. 3. If You put resigned and try more other organisations then all the senior pressurized you to revoke and lied again that they matched salary but when you revoke they forget their promises. 4. No Contribution of seniors in your business, even you stuck in some problem, they don't even look the matter and ask you to do from yourself. 5. No Good Salary Increment & No Promotion to performer also. 6. Even the NSM , ZSM Lied and tried to push you back in your career growth. 7.This not happen to any single person, They Ruined Entire region career

To be honest, the work culture is too bad. I have been working as a credit manager here and whatever good you do, you won't be appreciated. In here, Credit and Operations are just like sla*es to the Sales team. Even you have to work till late night still you get only 9-10% appraisal. And every year, when the time of appraisal comes, the company alaway use to be in loss. Secondly, neither one is going to teach you anything nor there is a proper training. You just get tons of pdfs for policy. Most commonly, here you get the policy pdfs after some changes gets implemented. Thirdly, process is too slow in comparison to other NBFCs. You have so go through 7-8 applications for pitching cam for a single customer. Forthly, 1st and 2nd saturday is off here as per the rumors.
