There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

Salary being a Team leader this is not right to say but really unhappy about salary why because the employees who left from this organization being a executive level they are getting more salary than us in present that is what really hurting but i am not jealous but i am saying being a two years as tenure team leader i am really not satisfied for salary a part from salary every thing is fantastic really there is no organization like this really happy party of HDB family

To be honest, the work culture is too bad. I have been working as a credit manager here and whatever good you do, you won't be appreciated. In here, Credit and Operations are just like sla*es to the Sales team. Even you have to work till late night still you get only 9-10% appraisal. And every year, when the time of appraisal comes, the company alaway use to be in loss. Secondly, neither one is going to teach you anything nor there is a proper training. You just get tons of pdfs for policy. Most commonly, here you get the policy pdfs after some changes gets implemented. Thirdly, process is too slow in comparison to other NBFCs. You have so go through 7-8 applications for pitching cam for a single customer. Forthly, 1st and 2nd saturday is off here as per the rumors.

...s team & other team also. No growth chances. No appreciation. No any incentives. Very low salary for Sales team. No work life & personal life. Misbehave with female staff, abusing female employee. No humanity no leaves.
