...agement i worked with was not skilled and GA was managed by PTP and OTC leaders Bad pay - increments and perks are really bad Office politics - no value for work if you are good at dancing or singing or anchoring management might favour you. If you are good at work they will drill you. Management company - there is no HR so the rule of manager is final. I witnessed few harassment casses wherein a female employee was abused by manager and on her complaint there was no action. No promotions - there is no 18 or 24 month criteria. Even if you are top rater they at first will make false promises of promotion and later will reject your promotion. Self centered management - the management is so self centered they even jeopardize the careers of innocent. I witnessed few cases where people were asked to resign or else threatened to be given PIP. No formal documentation of roles and responsibilities also even sometimes they mislead org chart or hierarchy. Delayed FNF - management is unaware about FNF policy or relieving formalities which result in delay of FNF. My FNF is pending for more than 2 months and after several escalations i get no resolution. Micro management and pathetic work life balance with no wfh policy. I had to fight with management to allow my team to take 1 wfh a week.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts it. It gives individual a platform to interact with clients, which is good for personal development

Compensation is decent, but there is no other monetary benefit

IBM not winning any new contracts and hence the workforce is becoming stagnate hence no growth. No job security as IBM management is doing job cutting in the name of reskill programs where they are so called asking employees to reskill and assessing with online exams and firing when employees fail. The online exam is built for failure and not for success. .

Dislikes

IBM employees are friendly. Salary below power compared to market. Learning environment is good but no opportunity for learning. Work life balance good.

The culture and the brand makes your resume strong.it has good work life balance and good benefits too.

Growth is pretty slow and the compensation also gets affected due to this. The skill uplifting is something we have to voluntarily search for.

Poor quality managers, Contract employees face discrimination, NO hike, NO opportunity, NO one listens to their problems, Autocratic leadership, NO growth but when we question back they blackmail over hike, promotions, and layoffs are at their hand. Literally slave treatment for Contract employees. Very bad HR practice. The leadership tells "If you see something then say something" - how can somebody complain their behaviour to them ? FTH and Regular employees are treated very well.
