The work culture here is toxic and suffocating. dominated by politics, especially from recent hires. The new brand head is the epitome of unprofessionalism, lacking even basic decency, let alone leadership skills. Expect late-night calls, last-minute chaos, and no boundaries.
The CMO, clueless about financial markets, insists on micromanaging everything. His arrogance, mood swings, and disrespectful behaviour make him impossible to work with.
Upper management is no better. Their “strategic hires” bring in people with zero financial acumen into a finance firm. an absurd mismatch. Job security? Doesn’t exist.
