Have a nice environment to work with and to start a career with is a good company . I enjoying working here make good frnds.

It's has less salary and late promotion and less appraisal are the issue which was not on time I hope they make a good plan for future to make it on time.

There is no work pressure and good support from team leads. I worked from sep 2023 to may 2025

Salary is one of the main concers. No proper hike will be. They pay you peanuts. So, go for higher positions but for assosicates.

They give good package to new fork's.. but they not have any concern about the people who are in long period of time..they won't give any appraisals on time, if they give it is in below 1000. Ex: if I get 4.2 rating of 5 they will give 600rs of annual appraisals..god only what happened on the background..the job security n the day shift are only positive angles here.

They give work much and they encourage at that time but after that we don't get any benefits except appreciation mail...

...talented person wont get chance to grow, how ever growth opportunities are less. Pay or incemtives are terrible i mean just worse.

Appraisal are disappointing also when you compare as people hiring from non Ar faculty get better salary and position than the experience Ar people which is really not fare
