Insecurity about project allocation. There could be times where you can be on bench for long time . They have short term projects very few projects are log running, so you may not get enough time to expertise any new technology related to projects.

They simply hiring people but not giving projects. They put our salary on hold during notice period. The management asked for forceful resignation because I am on bench. Luckily I got another opportunity in few days.

Here I am explaining everything that happened in impetus in the last one year. First, Lack of Ethics and morality- Last Year during the BofA Project, they forced the employees to work for 15-18 hours including night shifts and after the completion of that project, they fired around 30-40 people from that project Second, Lack of Commitment- Soon after that incident, they called all the employees to come to the office who were assigned to "Permanent work from home" during the time of joining. Third, Work Overloading and Bad Management : In some projects, Work load is very high as compared to a standard human capacity which is again teased with bad behaviour from the managers. Fourth, mean spirited and compassionless- From the last 6 months, they are not allowing people putting paper to serve the notice period while on the other hand they are not allowing people to leave who are willing for early release due to some of their personal reasons. #Impetus Leaplogic

...ation whole team will get jealous of this and they just talk about this only. Salary and benefits are good as per industry standards.but remember if they are paying you high they will take more work from you

Too much politics as there are lot of old employees who are responsible for this. There behaviour is also like this that they are running this organisation and they are the owners also they don’t have manners to talk in meetings

What was a great company has now become a complete shit storm. Everything is now just for making money and employees are just seen as money making tools instead of valued assets.
