The management, one of the disorganised team I've ever worked with. No proper story grooming, no discussion, no product design so you can understand the quality of code and culture here. Actually there is no system they are following and lots of unnecessary hafazats are occurring due to this. If you're switching from a big mnc, you will feel hell here. If you ask your scrummaster why you're not arranging sprint planning, they use to say, "you need everything perfect here?" . I really don't know what kind of replies those are and i faced multiple times these things. So definitely your work life balance will be below per. For freshers this kind of company is very good as they will gain a lots of experience but this company is not for lateral joiners who are into development and looking for a balanced life.

Only positive thing is salary on time. Don't think itvthatvsalary is good here, whatever they fix for you at joining, you will get it on time. No increments thereafter. 0% hikes

No salary increments, 0% hikes tgey give saying you already have the best ctc. No worklife balance .

Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

ICS being a consultant does its job in a very poor way. Very bad employee management, very poor employee requests handling. I am working for 5 years, appraisal has only been 3- 4% with 4.2 rating. They do not encourage learning, neither compensate for it. Worked in both Verizon and Nokia projects and my experience hasn't been positive at all, they meet your asking CTC when you are joining but from there you move like a slug.

Salary structure, Employee management, no perk availability, stingy night shift allowance, no notice before removing from a project, no appraisal more than 3% in last 3 years for any rating high or low, bad infrastructure, bizex is a shit tool they use to manage employees

Don't go with this organisation. In offer they mentioned notice period 60 days. But in reality they release you suddenly with out any salary if they don't have any project.

Management is very very poor. They don't know how to behave with employee.
