I never saw a company in my entire career with this kind of work culture. They don't share complete knowledge on project or modules. Both from Superior to junior all are like that. Full of politics. Very person gets tuned in such a way by seeing others that no one will share anything to you in terms of project. Its become mini cognizant, all employees from cognizant jumping to invite and same cts policies are following, their mindset will never change, TN influence will more across company. They will not give chance to grow for other states people.

You will get job immediately, if you agree for the lowest package in the market.

Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. I had my channels and they gave me the news as managers also went through layoff later on in their life and faced their karma.
