...icely and BPM people they won't. There will be partiality between non IT and IT. Also the salary and shift allowance for both IT and Non IT differs alot. I even feel shy to tell my salary out when anyone asks. But infosys bpm employees need to work hard and they won't get anything. Very bad. If you start your career with infosys non it especially, then all your energy will be consumed by them only. Better don't come here.

...e manager. Too much of favouritism on the board and HRD's are not so supportive. Salary and incentives do not match with year to year inflation rate. Having savings post expenses in the CTC they provide is a challenge. Increments do not suffice the inflation rate.

Good for freshers to get an career start or for the professionals who need brand name on their resume. Choose any product based over Infosys BPM.

...nd, they lack the corporate culture and do not follow C-LIFE(Infy work policy) . The workload is tremendous high, while salary pay is less. Expect no increment for more than 2 years. Average bonus pay.

Don't expect a good growth in salary and promotion if you are from well settled family and need a job for just a name sake .. highly recommendable . If you need a job for salary and promotions please stay away

I love Infosys than anything else. Work culture and environment is really awesome. Even though I'm working in BPM, I feel like I'm working in IT sector. No other company gives this much satisfaction to work with. Security they are providing for Women is really appreciated. Being a woman employee I never felt insecure or scared to work in night shifts.

Dislikes

Everything is fine except salary in Infosys. I don't know about whole Infosys, but in BPM salary is not that much good. This is the only thing disappoints me.
