Loyal Employees Used & Drained?
Can anyone tell me why this happens? I've been with a reputed company for 4+ years, still at the same level. My take-home pay (including night shifts) has only increased by 5k since I started. Milk, gold, veggies – prices double yearly, but my salary doesn't budge.
I'm so tired and frustrated. No one notices me until a client praises my skills. Then suddenly my manager knows I exist! Why do they expect everything from one person but can't recognize a loyal, hardworking employee who brings ideas, supports the team, and helps in every way?
I'm now aiming for a 200% hike at a new company to prove my worth and showcase my skills.
