Trainings related to upgrading skills are competitive.

Dislikes

Too much of toxic culture practised. Promotions are available only when a candidate is near and dear of the manager. Too much of favouritism on the board and HRD's are not so supportive. Salary and incentives do not match with year to year inflation rate. Having savings post expenses in the CTC they provide is a challenge. Increments do not suffice the inflation rate.
