Career growth is a concern. Salary hike % is minimal. Performance driven bonus is part of CTC n it is a pulling factor and purely depends on the good books with your Managers. Most of the resources get stuck due to 90 days NP.

I have worked in Two projects first project is high level of micromanagement it's very irritating But second project is Good that manager Mr.manoj is very Friendly. It depends upon the project.

...ow basic programming and most people simply come to office make timepass and go. There are people who did not do anything for nearly an year took hefty salary and left one person needs to do handle everything and is accountable for everything which is highly unethical. They will tell joinees will get good technical exposure but after joining they will make to work on internal tools which are highly unstable and nothing to do with technical skills . Toxic work enviornment. Design Thinking is only hype and not implemented in any of the projects. Don't blindly believe unrealistic positive reviews and join and repent later .

People are nice specially in my team, good culture, though I am leaving because of less pay and I have lot of family responsibilities

Very bad work culture. Labor like treatment to employees, very high micro management. Not a single thing you can say it's at least satisfactory

Very very bad culture. Micro management. No salary hike. Saturday Sunday is also working. Very difficult to take leave. Very bad management
