...culture is good.The colleagues too are supportive.The company policies are good.The salary,bonus and recreation facilities are good as well.

Dislikes

The management needs to be considerate towards it's employees and most of the issues of the team members are not addressed leading to dissatisfaction among the employees. No regular HR connect and any management issues highlighted to HR is invain as the decisions are usually in favour of the Management and the case specifs are not taken into consideration.

Very employee-centric Friendly environment to grow Great work-life balance Great facilities and infrastructure Great yearly appraisal and bonus Crazy parties The list could go on and on, this is one of the best companies to work at

Dislikes

Bureaucratic process in some parts due to many employees being in the same firm since 20+ years with outdated mindset. Legacy systems for the longest time but made decent progress with AI and ML recently. Very difficult to get into if you're an outsider, every role gets around 500+ resumes and the manager just goes through 50-60 of them. Rest are never touched.

Salary is as per market standards.

Dislikes

In Pune, it's Tavisca which has nothing to do with JPMC standards. It's a pathetic political place to work. Managers are too biased towards their favourites . Office politics is at its peak. Culturally ruined.

What motivated me initially was the salary they offered me when I started and for the years after the increment was decent enough based on ones performance.

Dislikes

They say the entire management follows the concept of being the guiding star for its employees..that's not true at all in many cases..

Likes

...balanced, at times one may need to stretch, but organization never encourage it. Salary at par, and great perks given too.

Dislikes

No wfh option available with the recent changes announced by the top management. However flexibility will be given based on personal requirements, fingers crossed.
