The working environments is good, No pressure is applied over an employee to work overtime. There is scope to switch between departments and profiles.

Salary is low as per the market average salary. Increments are really low. Doesn't feel you got an increment every year. Insurance is provided but insurance companies only pay 20-30% of the overall spendings which doesn't help either.

Disgusting Place, people to work With, Don't join this company They have bloody idiot managers who think they have some brain - self-acclaimed genius. Seniors ask their reporters to work for 12-14 hours and they leave for their home on time. Hell of a place to work.

You can earn good amount of money in terms of incentive part. How long you work in the company your incentive will increase with the time as you Will get the incentive of your all running ecs contract

...team lead by Nikita Bhalla and it was the worst corporate experience I ever had. Talking about other departments, I guess it's somewhat the same story for all Just one fine thing, they pay you on time, that too because it's not in the hand of one specific department.

Oh my god, I just wish someone reads this just once before joining the content team here. So I landed in here becoz of the name of the company, but few months later, I realised this is the worst place to work with some bad people at managerial level. There is no fixed target, what every they set is as per their own thinking, it can be as high as 14 articles per day to edit, and upload on their dashboard, obviously you have to carry work at home. If you have issues, keep it to your self, as no one is there to address it, be it Shawn, Aditi, or other editors. So no resolution Don't expect a leave, even if you are dying in pain, met with an accident, having fever as high as 102 - you have to report to the office, (these aren't made-up situations, these are real reasons on with the managers have rejected the writers leaves) All the rules, norms are just for writers, others can enjoy the perk, like just coming to the office working for like 1/2 an hour and then leaving the office and returning at the time of logging out (only writers in noida know whome I am talking about) Here writers are asked not to make mistakes, even they can't leave office without completing daily tasks, no matter how far you travel from. Last but surely not the least, they might even make your life soo hell in here that will make you resign without an offer (almost 90% of people in this department have resigned without an offer) Please don't join this place, no job, no issue but not this place.
