In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Company is definstely not cheap and employee friendly , They wont lay you off unless you commit a blunder . Job security is very good and Timely Salary record is Excellent .

Company management is excellent. KEC business is diversified and works in Transmission line, Sub-station, Railway electrification, smart infra, waste water management, mega solar project installation , civil engineering works (big building like Hospital, building for big companies, Metro rail projects etc. Employee got huge opportunity to learn in every sectors. I was working in Transmission line construction work and spent here 13 years . During these tenure I construct 6 EHV transmission line. Management is very good and are active listener.they always take care of employees benefits.
