...be allowed to grow. It is your manager's discretion for anything and everything. No salary raise for 3 years. As it is a new company and not IBM take the risk of joining.

Most of the managers only from Kannada background where they wanted us to learn kannada for speaking instead of promoting business they want to promote their language even if i dont like it. Even after escalating you will be questioned for multiple things and corner you.

There is No Work-life balance. You just need dto work even after your shift over. Work Culture is very toxic. Managements are only client specific, they don't take care about one site team member. Does not matter how hard you push your shelf to meet client requirment ther are some team who are always ready with demotivate you just passing comments and judgment without knowing the scenario. Even if you explain the scenario still they will find out gaps to mentally harassing you.

The comfort given to the employee is really appreciable. The ideas are welcomes and skill development and certification offered by Kyndryl is amazing.

Dislikes

Salary increment/Appraisals are miserable. The amount of efforts given by the employees is not converted into salary hikes.
