Good hike from last Salary, the work atmosphere in terms of seats arrangement, cab, cafeteria, etc

Dislikes

Forget about work life balance, the volume of work assigned is huge and expected to report 14 hours in a day. They will accept for lower turnover with clients and expected to deliver within that time frame. If the project closed, your bench starts from day 1, no safety to jobs.

On time bonus and good hike compared to other MNCs Work culture Hybrid model Flexibility Rewards and recognitions (of course it depends on who is your manager too)

Dislikes

Few clients do not have proper organized way in their projects or not well communicated Rarely you might not get into a project sometimes or there might be less vacancies

It becoming worse when LTI merged with Mindtree.

...n time. 2. No promotion cycle declared and appraisal process and letter delayed. Besides no arrear added to salary during delay. 3. Project are moving to other company and less good project here. 4. HR motivates to move out of company in case of no project during bench period instead of helping in skilling up. 5. Many more

Projects and the Work life balance. Salary also good.

Dislikes

The Pool Manager - Pasupathi Rao is pathetic. He treats employees like cattle. And the company treat the pool employees very badly, and ask them to come to office and spend whole day at office. Even the company is not able to alocate projects.

Nothing, except for the flexibility in working location

Dislikes

1. No appraisal for proper hike 2. Work life balance is a joke 3. The salary offered is a below market value and no hikes or whatever. 4. Learning and development, untill unless you are very keen on developing the skills from the outside the company, you will be stuck all your working time in the same thing and just work mechanically.
